These Terms of Use govern your use of LIGHT WEATHER, an iOS application made available by ONESHOTSTAR (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms are between you and ONESHOTSTAR, not Apple. ONESHOTSTAR, not Apple, is solely responsible for LIGHT WEATHER and its content, except where applicable law provides otherwise. By downloading or using LIGHT WEATHER, you agree to these Terms.

1. The application

LIGHT WEATHER turns solar times and available weather information into a visual way to notice and plan around the changing light of the day. The application does not require an account in this release. Places, preferences, and alert settings are stored locally on your device.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LIGHT WEATHER on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Usage Rules and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from LIGHT WEATHER, except where applicable law or the license for an open-source component allows it.

3. Subscriptions

Some features of LIGHT WEATHER are available through an optional auto-renewable LIGHT WEATHER Pro subscription. The available plans, prices, billing period, and any free trial or introductory offer are shown in the application before purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period or trial period, a subscription renews automatically and your Apple Account is charged for the next period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial ends when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by Apple’s terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

4. Solar and weather information

Solar times are calculated from the selected place and date. Weather conditions and hourly forecasts are provided through Apple WeatherKit when available. These results can be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable, and are provided for general informational purposes only.

Do not rely on LIGHT WEATHER for emergency decisions, travel safety, health decisions, professional photography guarantees, or any situation where inaccurate or unavailable information could cause harm or loss.

5. Location and notifications

You may allow LIGHT WEATHER to use your location to choose a starting place. You can deny or later change this permission and choose a place manually. Local light alerts require notification permission and suitable forecast data; disabling either may prevent alerts from being scheduled.

6. Third-party services

LIGHT WEATHER uses services provided by Apple, including the App Store and WeatherKit, and RevenueCat for subscription offering and entitlement management. Those services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We are responsible for LIGHT WEATHER and its content; Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the application except where required by applicable law.

7. Ownership

LIGHT WEATHER, including its name, visual design, software, text, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to ONESHOTSTAR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the application; they do not transfer ownership to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of LIGHT WEATHER when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, changes to third-party services, or changes in law. We do not promise that the application or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LIGHT WEATHER is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONESHOTSTAR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of LIGHT WEATHER. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using LIGHT WEATHER at any time by deleting it from your device. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms. Sections concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how LIGHT WEATHER handles location, weather requests, local preferences, notifications, and subscription-related information.
